“ In short: The pho broth was well balanced and really hit the spot. Meat was also tender and fresh, the brisket was not too tough or chewy, and I left satisfied. Expanded review: I am a local Vietnamese and love trying and supporting new Vietnamese businesses. Saw this new spot as I was visiting a friend nearby in Irvington and went in for a solo lunch around 12:30. It wasn’t busy at all, two other tables when I arrived. Please support this new restaurant! I was quickly greeted and seated by the window. Got my usual Beef Pho with rare beef, brisket, and meat balls $17.50. I mentioned above the meat was good, the rare beef wasn’t rare or prob cooked quickly in the broth when poured. It was very satisfying broth. I don’t add hoisin sauce and sriracha so I can really taste how good it is and good pho broth does not need those condiments. I like the vibe and the server was very nice! Would definitely come back and it’s better than other pho restaurants I’ve also tried. ”
“ Tasty pho with tender beef and hearty soup. The portion is definitely enough to feed a hungry person. ”
“ My vermicelli bowl had plenty of crisp vegetables and the pork and shrimp were tasty. It had the right amount of noodles, not too big of a heap. My companion had the chicken Pho, with a flavorful broth. It came with a generous bunch of basil and sliced jalapeños on the side. We popped in late in the afternoon after a long drive and it was a treat. The service was cheerful and prompt. The room is lit partly with cold LEDs which are harsh for dining but it’s not a big gripe. I am glad this restaurant is in the neighborhood. ”
“ Top tier Pho place! Definitely among the top places for how flavorful the Pho was. Atmosphere is not something that matters to me personally, but they had sea life on the TV, and nice decor all around. Wait staff was engaged, but not pesky. Will be coming back! ”
“ What I ordered was the 'Pho Special'... It came perfect, not too salty or not salty. The lobby room was super clean. They have flat-screen TV to watch while enjoying the food. Sadly, they don't serve smoothies, but they do serve fountain/soft drink. If you go, make sure to ask for Soy Sause, Fish Sause, Chili Oil Sause, Black Pepper to get your bowl fire! ”
“ We were craving pho and found the perfect spot at this restaurant. We tried the tofu & veggie eggroll vermicelli and the brisket pho. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. The staff was also very friendly. ”
“ Awesome little spot! Excellent service, the Bahn Mi was perfect and the wine margarita cocktail was super delicious too! Definitely will be my go to spot when I’m in town! ”
“ I got the veggie pho for takeout and it was fantastic. The portion was very large (turned it into 2 meals) and the flavor is oh so good. They made my order super fast and were very friendly when I arrived for pickup. Highly recommend this place. ”
